In addition to this new website, the Astrella residents and owners have access to a WhatsApp Group to share concerns, reports and news. We have 35 members and we'd like you to welcome you as well. We have 75 apartments in the building so we will soon be able to confidently reflect the wishes of the Astrella owners.
The Astrella has never before been able to communicate with each other in this way. In the past, we've been unable to effectively voice our concerns about the state of the gardens, the cleanliness of the common areas or to access information that is rightfully ours. We're finally able individually to express what we see and what we want regarding the management of our building. We urge you to take advantage of this opportunity because we still have a lot to do.
Although the number of permanent residents is growing, we still have a lot of absentee owners. If you are unable to attend the AGM's and EGM's, your vote is still extremely important. If you can't make it to these meetings, you can send in a Pouvoir or please assign your Pouvoir to us. We can explain how that is done. Contact us!
